It’s still standing-but it no longer looks like this!

It's been thirty years since the Class of 1978 departed the halls of Robert E. Fitch Sr. High school for the last time. Many of us have remained in the area, while many more have gone to parts unknown. Now, thanks to Google, we can finally re-connect with classmates near and far.

The Reunion

Our 30th reunion was held on Saturday, October 11th, 2008 at the Pilot House at Ocean Beach in New London. We had a pretty good turnout, including a few folks we have not seen in 30 years. I've been in touch with many classmates, and have thoroughly enjoyed corresponding with all of you who took the time to write, so please keep in touch! We still have a very long missing list that needs to be pared down before 2013.

The Tour

Due to the holiday weekend, were unable to get anyone to take us on a tour of the new high school. But we are still trying to make that happen eventually, and we will get word out to everyone when it is finally scheduled.

I'll also be posting a few stories sent to me from classmates who were unable to attend the reunion, but who still wanted to update classmates.
